Veterans of the Phoenix

• We are a guild of family & friends continually focused on end-game raid content. 
• Though we put more emphasis on the "friends and family", we are also heavily focused on raiding progression through the 25-man and 10-man end-game content.
• Our raid loot distribution is based upon a well-balanced dkp system. 
• At least 2-3x a week we have a 25 man raid going, and the remaining nights are typically spent running various 10 man groups.
• Our core group of officers have been running VotP for almost 4 years (though there guild management experience extends for many years before that in EQ).  This translates to minimal drama and "guild-first" decisions.
• Nearly all of our members are 20+
  (the average age of guild members is 28)
